Mind Raiders follows Maddy Harper, a Brit working for the European Interrogation Bureau. She has been trained to hunt down and eliminate a dormant danger; a group of 13 civilians who, as a result of EIB secret experiments, can now read minds. But her latest target, a gentle-mannered man who’s imprisoned for killing a cop, is not to be underestimated. When Harper brings him from Romania to France to use his powers on a mission before exterminating him, he manages to break loose and a dramatic pursuit across the length and breadth of France and Belgium ensues. Once she finally manages to catch her prey, Maddy realizes that the implications of the experiments into human telepathy are of a far greater magnitude than she had thought and that she has been lied to from the start.
